以荷蘭畫家重新命名,起司傳統製造方法經過6個月熟成,濃郁與甘醇達到完美平衡,濃郁度與高達起司類似,由於起司內含胺基酸結晶,有著如帕瑪森起司的顆粒感,口感層次豐富,可說是一款有著高達風味與帕瑪森口感的獨特起司。所使用的菌種特殊,風味具有明顯的水果清甜跟淡淡的乳香味,是老饕等級的美味起司。
